The Transit Alliance Gold Line Corridor Citizens’ Academy is a program funded by a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Sustainable Communities grant awarded to the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG).  The Academy is a unique leadership opportunity for the community, specifically for under represented groups within the corridor.

Interested participants will be required to complete an application and undergo a selection process for Academy placement.  The selection process is designed to ensure participation within the Academy is representative of diverse populations racially, economically and geographically. Up to 35 participants will be selected from applications received. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Participation within the Academy is free of charge to selected applicants. Applications are now available and are due September 18, 2013.
