Attend a Police Academy for Citizens
Want to know what actually goes on at your police department? Get a comprehensive view of the many facets of police work and meet police department personnel who contribute to the public safety of one of the safest cities in the Denver metro area.
Beginning on Wednesday, March 5th from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., the Citizen Police Academy meets one evening per week at Arvada City Hall. For 10 weeks, you’ll learn about diverse subjects such as accident investigation, computer fraud, officer survival, internal affairs, media information, S.W.A.T. and much more.
