Special Investigations Bureau

Most criminal activity of any organized nature is not isolated to city limits.  The Special Investigations Bureau handles investigations that often involve widespread networks of illegal activities.

The Special Investigations Bureau participates in a county-wide coalition of law enforcement officers from various jurisdictions with theWest Metro Drug Task Force.

Other Special Investigations Bureau's responsibilities include

• vice and illegal gambling investigations,
• monitoring organized crime and subversive groups
