Police Assessors Come to Arvada PD for Accreditation Renewal

The Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) Team were at the Arvada Police Department December 4-7, 2010.

CALEA representatives evaluated the police department to ensure minimum professional standards are met.

Obtaining and maintaining accreditation is something the Arvada Police Department is proud to have accomplished as part of increasing professionalism within the agency.

As part of the renewal process, the CALEA assessment team and the Arvada Police Department are seeking community input.
