Citizen's Police Academy: Online Registration Form

To ensure acceptance in the Arvada Police Citizen Police Academy, Please complete the following application & registration process:

Step 1) Application

Please fill out the online Citizen's Police Academy application form that follows. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required to submit the form.

Step 2) Letter of Acceptance

Once your application has been processed and accepted, you will then be sent a Letter of Acceptance. This letter will provide you with the beginning date, time and location of the first class.

Step 3) Participant's Permit/Promise to Release

Along with the letter of acceptance, you will receive the "Participant's Permit/Promise to Release" form. You will need to thoroughly read this form then date and sign the bottom. Once you have completed this, please remember to bring this form with you to the first night of the class.
