Sex Offenders
Colorado Law requires persons convicted of certain sex crimes to register with the law enforcement agency having jurisdiction where they reside.
An annual registration is required on the offender’s birthday. Adults convicted of certain specific sexual offenses are required to register every three months as well.
The Arvada Police Department provides a free copy of the city's sex offender list to anyone who asks for the document. A brief form must be completed prior to obtaining the list at the Department's Records Unit, located at 8101 Ralston Road.
