Order a Crime Report

To order a crime report online, please complete the following two step process:

1. Fill out and submit the request form (below). Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
2. Submit a $5 Payment for the Search & Retrieval Fee.

You must complete both steps in order for your request to be processed.

Search and Retrieval Fee for a copy of a report is $5.00 pre-paid per report. There is an additional fee of 25 cents per page over 10 pages. You will be notified if additional fees are incurred.

We currently accept the following payment method: PayPal. You may pay the $5 Search & Retrieval fee with a credit card or an active Paypal account.
