Order a Dispatch CD

To order a copy of a Dispatch CD online, please complete the following two step process:

1. Fill out and submit the request form (below). Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
2. Submit a $10 Payment for the Search & Retrieval Fee.

You must complete both steps in order for your request to be processed.

The Search & Retrieval Fee ($10.00 non refundable) for a copy of a Dispatch CD includes Materials & Equipment at $5.00 and Labor Cost of $20.00/hour (assessed in 1/4 hour increments). You will be notified if additional fees are incurred.

We currently accept the following payment method: PayPal. You may pay the $10 Search & Retrieval fee with a credit card or an active Paypal account.
