Arvada Shooting Update on Youth with a Mission
The Arvada Police Department continues to coordinate with the Colorado Springs Police Department with regards to the possible connection between the two shootings occurring on December 9, 2007. More than a dozen Arvada police detectives are dedicated to the investigation of the Youth With a Mission shooting.
The action plan for Monday, December 10, 2007 is:
• Press conference at 4:00 pm at Colorado Springs Police Department
• Continue coordinating with the Colorado Springs Police Department regarding the possible link between the two shootings
• Conduct follow-up from the more than 45 interviews occurring on Sunday
• Process evidence from the crime scene
