The Arvada Police Department is committed to hiring quality individuals to fill available positions.

Arvada Police Department is currently accepting applications from those who are already police officers in Colorado or those with at least three years law enforcement experience with an out-of-state agency.

Entry level positions are currently open from December 23, 2011 until February 3, 2012.

Candidate selections will be based on:

qualified candidates with a bachelor's degree
out-of-state lateral entry candidates with at least three years law enforcement experience, or
Colorado POST-certified officers to fill openings.
