Colorado law requires that you make notification before you begin any size project from small, such as planting a tree or bush, to a big project such as pipe replacement or installation.
Keep in mind; you probably don’t want to plant a tree on top of your water or sewer service line. This can cause you big problems in the future when the tree/shrub is fully grown.
