Are you a member of a Homeowners Association? The Homeowners Association Council of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of Community Associations Institute, CAI-RMC, will host a free roundtable workshop titled, “Workshop for Mandatory Homeowners Associations.” Learn how to strengthen and protect your association at these free
roundtable discussions. Participants will have the opportunity to meet
one-on-one with the experts!
Homeowners association board members and Arvada residents are encouraged to attend.
Take advantage of this chance to ask questions and learn about Colorado statues and laws and how they affect HOAs, assessments, liens and foreclosures, budgeting, reserves and fidelity insurance. The roundtable will feature professionals that specialize in homeowners associations and are there to address all inquiries. Community Associations Institute - Rocky Mountain Chapter is the recognized leader in the region for education and advocacy to better enable those involved in community associations to lead and serve their organizations.
The HOA Council is comprised of volunteers form CAI-RMC, a non-profit alliance serving all stakeholders in mandatory community associations, including individual homeowners, managers, attorneys, lenders, reserve specialist, insurers and other providers of professional services. The Rocky mountain chapter was organized in 1976 to provide support to community associations in northern Colorado and the Denver Metropolitan area.
