The City of Arvada will partner with recycOil® for its fourth annual Holiday recycOil® event again this year. This recycling opportunity helps individuals and families dispose of their waste fryer oil after Thanksgiving, without sending hundreds of gallons of used cooking oil into landfills and municipal sewer systems throughout our region.
Saturday, November 30, 2013; 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at two Arvada Locations:
City of Arvada Streets Maintenance Facility
6161 Old Wadsworth Boulevard
Indiana Service Center
6701 Indiana Street
By choosing to recycle waste cooking oil, families and households are helping reduce costs and taxes associated with residential and municipal sewer maintenance and to reduce pollution of Colorado’s river eco-systems and underground fresh water resources.
In addition to the Holiday recycOil® event, recycOil® provides its used cooking oil recycling service to more than 1,800 restaurants, commercial food facilities and municipal recycling centers throughout the Rocky Mountain region. If you cannot make it to our Holiday recycOil® event, please go to www.recycoil.com for a list of year-round drop-off locations in Colorado.
