Welcome to the Arvada Police Department online reporting service. This service is provided for your convenience to report non-emergency crimes or incidents that have occurred within the City limits of Arvada with no suspect information. This report is for your convenience or insurance purposes only. Your case number will be provided within 48 hours via e-mail, or by Postal Service if an e-mail address is not available.

This form should be used if the incident you are reporting:

  • Occurred within the Arvada City Limits
  • Is a non-emergency, non violent crime
  • Has no suspect information
  • Is not traffic related (Go to https://crash.state.co.us to report a a minor traffic accident.)

Please be aware filling out this form means no further investigation is anticipated and you will not be conctaced by an investigator because there are no suspect leads.
